Ways of Working

Our relationships are the cornerstone of how we operate. We are committed to working closely with all stakeholders to create strong, mutually-beneficial relationships. This approach helps us all to ensure long term sustainability and continuous quality improvement.

South African Government

We are working closely with local government to ensure a sustainable future for our industry and are fortunate to have the support and encouragement from key people within these structures.

Industry bodies

Both our approach and our tannins are unique and indigenous to this country – we have the opportunity to make a ‘Proudly South African’ impact o‌n the wider global wine, beer and cider fraternity. Therefore our relationship with industry bodies is critical as we roll out this concept to producers across the country.

Farm gate

The opportunity to involve local communities is vast. We are involved with those in the industry working tirelessly to educate people and develop a sustainable future for communities around the Southern and Western Cape regions.

Supply chain, manufacturing and distribution

We have strong relationships with those involved in getting the product from raw material to final product stage and understand the nuances involved in securing, storing and producing extracts of consistently high quality.

We undertake to work closely and continually share our knowledge and learnings with those involved in using our patent, tannins and extracts. We see this as a joint journey of discovery and look forward to all the new concepts and ideas still to be explored.

We will continue to fly the flag for better quality, healthier wine beer and cider options and are committed will to doing our part in educating and info‌rming consumers of the multitude of benefits of drinking wine, beer and cider made with our natural tannins and extracts.
